How to book

•  Visit the Kenya Railways website to check availability.
• Click Here  Select your preferred trip dates, departure city and arrival city and check if there are seats available.
• Visit our official website . East Africa shuttles and safaris
• Choose your preferred class of travel; first class or second class and the number of passengers.
• Key in your details .Name ,passport number, Nationality, Gender if booking for children input age. Then click next.
• Make the payment online using a credit/ debit card/ Pay-pal/ pesapal
• After successful payment, you will receive a payment voucher ticket via email.
• We will then Book your ticket and send train confirmation message via email.
• We will print and deliver your tickets to your location in Nairobi.
• Pick your tickets on arrival at  the airport / upon hotel check in.

Train bookings terms and conditions
1. East Africa shuttles and safaris will book the train tickets on your behalf.

2.Payments via credit card/PayPal, Pesapal We will require full names, Passport numbers, Nationality,gender and age of the children if any

3. Train booking are open 2 months prior to travel dates.

4. Train booking have booking confirmation number which will be sent via email.

5.Advise delivery or pick up points of tickets in Nairobi locations. No additional fess.

6. There is no guarantee of tickets not paid.

7.Tickets are not transferable and alteration of travel dates there is a charge of 30%  + of the total price of each ticket only 72 hrs before travel
